I was skiing yesterday, so I missed posting a Saturday song, but I found one this morning that I enjoy. It is a popular American folk song, and this version is sung by one of my favorite singers, Alison Krauss.
This tune was originally written as a hymn in 1929 by Albert E. Brumley. It is known as a gospel song and it is sung at worship services, but it is also a popular tune that has been recorded by many different artists and is played on folk music radio shows.
