Podcast Episode 51 – The Rosie Project

The other day I was looking at Bill Gates’s blog gatesnotes.com and I came across his article about the book “The Rosie Project“. He has given away 50 copies of this book to friends, so I thought it would be worth checking out.

I listened to the audiobook and finished it in only 2 days.

I found the main character, Don, very funny and endearing, and I liked the story, overall. (Listen to the podcast to find out more about it.)

I think “The Rosie Project” is a great read for high-intermediate and advanced English learners. It is a smart and funny story.

I think reading (and listening to) interesting content is the best way to improve your vocabulary and fluency, and as an English coach/teacher, sharing relevant resources with you is one of my main jobs.

If you end up reading (or listening to) “The Rosie Project”, please share your thoughts with me in the comments section below. I love talking about books! And please let me know what you think about the podcast.

As always, you can read the transcript while you listen to the podcast if you purchase the Lesson Guide.

Enjoy!
